We owned the go-to-market (GTM) motion end-to-end—sourcing audits, compliance, pricing architecture, distributor onboarding, regional warehousing, retail media, and in-store execution. - Content & PIM: Rebuilt PDPs with A+ assets, compliance attributes, and comparison charts; implemented content QA.
- Performance Cadence: Weekly reviews on availability, velocity (UPW), returns/aging, and ROAS; rapid course-corrections.
